Acting swiftly on the application submitted by Hariram (son of Laljiram Raghuvanshi), a resident of Bhadaur, revenue and police officials\u2014under the guidance of the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) of Aron\u2014visited the site to conduct an on-the-spot investigation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During the investigation, it was discovered that the land situated in village Pali (Survey No. 184\/2, Area: 1.463 hectares) had been illegally encroached upon by the respondents: Ajmer Singh Raghuvanshi, Devi Singh Raghuvanshi, Ravindra Raghuvanshi, and Ranu Raghuvanshi. The land was measured using a *jarib* (survey chain) at the site to demarcate its boundaries, and the clear limits of the land were pointed out to the applicant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, the illegal encroachment was removed right at the site, and formal possession of the land was duly handed over to the applicant, Hariram Raghuvanshi.
