In this same sequence of events, and under the supervision of Additional Superintendent of Police, Mr. Mansingh Thakur, the Cantt Police Station force has arrested and sent to jail all four individuals named in two separate cases of sexual assault.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On March 25, 2026, a 30-year-old woman filed a report at the Cantt Police Station against Bhuwar\u2014son of Jagdish Sharma, a resident of Banskhedi\u2014accusing him of committing sexual assault against her under the pretext of marriage. Based on this report, a case was registered at the Cantt Police Station (Case No. 191\/26) against Bhuwar Sharma, a resident of Banskhedi, under Sections 69 and 331(4)B of the relevant statutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Given the specific nature of the case, the Cantt Police Station force actively launched an intensive manhunt for the accused. By activating and coordinating their intelligence network, the police successfully located and arrested the accused\u2014Bhuwar, son of Jagdish Sharma, aged 22, a resident of Banskhedi (Cantt Police Station jurisdiction)\u2014on March 28, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, on March 28, 2026, a 22-year-old woman filed a report at the Cantt Police Station against Joseph Khan, Yasmin Khan, and Muveen Khan\u2014residents of Gulabganj, Cantt\u2014accusing them of committing sexual assault against her and issuing death threats. Based on this report, a case was registered at the Cantt Police Station, and all three accused individuals were taken into custody. Case No. 197\/26 has been registered and initiated under Sections 70(1), 64(2)(m), 55, 87, 127(2), 351(3), and 62B of the relevant statutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Acting with immediate and effective dispatch, the Cantt Police arrested three individuals today\u2014March 29, 2026\u2014within just 24 hours of the incident.
