The \u2018Bhavishya Se Bhent\u2019 program, organized at the Government Boys’ Higher Secondary School, Cantt, became a truly special occasion when Collector Mr. Kishore Kumar Kanyal arrived\u2014not merely as an administrative official, but as an inspiring mentor amidst the students. Sitting amongst the children, he took the time to intimately understand their dreams, interests, and future aspirations. While some shared their dream of serving the nation by joining the armed forces, others expressed a desire to bring honor to their families.<\/p>\n
During the interaction, the Collector listened attentively to every student and remarked, \u201cI, too, was once a student of a government school.\u201d He emphasized that personality development is not solely dependent on academics; rather, sports, cultural activities, and physical fitness also play a pivotal role in shaping one’s character.<\/p>\n
Imparting the core mantra for success, he advised, \u201cFirst and foremost, define your goal clearly; then, strive continuously to achieve it. Even if your pace is slow, you must never stop… it is persistent effort alone that ultimately leads you to your destination.\u201d<\/p>\n
At the conclusion of the program, acceding to the students’ request, the Collector joined them for a group photograph. He honored students who had demonstrated excellence in academics and sports, wishing them a bright future and encouraging them to continue striving for greater heights. The event was attended by officials and staff of the Education Department, including the District Education Officer, Mr. Rajesh Goyal.<\/p>\n
