*Abducted Victim Safely Rescued; Accused of Abduction and Rape Arrested and Sent to Jail*<\/p>\n

Under the able leadership of Guna Superintendent of Police, Smt. Hitika Vasal, the Guna Police is treating crimes committed against minors in the district with the utmost seriousness, initiating swift, sensitive, and effective actions in such cases. Continuing this effort\u2014and under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police, Shri Mansingh Thakur, and the supervision of SDOP Raghogarh, Smt. Deepa Dodwe\u2014the Aron Police acted with promptness in a case involving the abduction of a teenage girl from their jurisdiction. Consequently, the abducted victim was safely rescued, and the accused individual\u2014charged with both abduction and rape\u2014has been arrested and sent to jail.<\/p>\n

It is noteworthy that on April 26, 2026, a mother filed a report at the Aron Police Station regarding the disappearance of her 17-year-old minor daughter, who had been missing since April 24, 2026. Acting on this report, the police immediately registered a case under Crime No. 111\/26, Section 137(2) of the BNS (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita), and launched a rapid search operation for the teenager. As a result of the police’s sustained efforts, the teenager was safely located and rescued on April 29, 2026. Following her rescue, the victim stated in her testimony that Rajpal Prajapati\u2014a resident of Dongar village under the Jamner Police Station area\u2014had lured her away and subjected her to sexual assault. Subsequently, the police added Sections 87 and 64(2)(m) of the BNS, Sections 5L\/6 of the POCSO Act, and various sections of the SC\/ST Act to the case against the accused, Rajpal Prajapati, and launched an intensive manhunt for him. Based on continuous intelligence gathering and technical analysis conducted during this search, the accused\u2014identified as Rajpal, son of Bhujwal Prajapati, aged 23, a resident of Village Dongar (under Jamner Police Station, District Guna)\u2014was successfully arrested within just 24 hours on April 30, 2026. He was subsequently produced before the Honorable Court, from where he has been remanded to judicial custody.<\/p>\n
