After the police failed to address her grievance, 26-year-old Pinky consumed poison inside the police station. She is now hospitalized in critical condition.
Some goons had previously engaged in abusive behavior and opened fire at Pinky’s home. She went to the police station with her mother to file a complaint, but personnel at the Maharajpur police station merely kept them waiting without addressing the matter.
