Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh: Residents of Sirsod area in Shivpuri staged a unique protest against prolonged power outages by carrying out a symbolic funeral procession featuring a photograph of State Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar. The villagers alleged that despite earlier assurances from the administration following a road blockade, the electricity situation has not improved and frequent load shedding continues. The protest video has gone viral on social media, drawing widespread attention. Villagers have warned of intensifying their agitation if uninterrupted power supply is not restored and their grievances remain unaddressed.
