Illegal Encroachment Removed and Land Possession Restored to Applicant Through ‘Mobile Court’ Proceedings

Acting on the directives of Collector Mr. Kishore Kumar Kanyal, effective action was taken through a ‘Mobile Court’ in the village of Pali (Tehsil Aron) to resolve an application received during a public hearing session. Acting swiftly on the application submitted by Hariram (son of Laljiram Raghuvanshi), a resident of Bhadaur, revenue and police officials—under the guidance of the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) of Aron—visited the site to conduct an on-the-spot investigation.
During the investigation, it was discovered that the land situated in village Pali (Survey No. 184/2, Area: 1.463 hectares) had been illegally encroached upon by the respondents: Ajmer Singh Raghuvanshi, Devi Singh Raghuvanshi, Ravindra Raghuvanshi, and Ranu Raghuvanshi. The land was measured using a *jarib* (survey chain) at the site to demarcate its boundaries, and the clear limits of the land were pointed out to the applicant.
Subsequently, the illegal encroachment was removed right at the site, and formal possession of the land was duly handed over to the applicant, Hariram Raghuvanshi. This entire proceeding was conducted through the Mobile Court in the presence of the applicant, the respondents, and the village *panches* (council members) present at the location, thereby successfully resolving a long-standing dispute.
Those present during the proceedings included Naib Tehsildar of Aron Mr. Amit Jain, *Halka* Patwari Anil Dhakan, Patwari Deepak Jatav, police personnel from the Aron Police Station, and *Kotwar* Idal Singh Rajak, along with the applicant, the respondents, and the village *panches*.
