Raisen Crime: Hardware Trader Dies After Brutal Sword Attack While Returning Home, Police Hunt Three Masked Assailants
Raisen, Madhya Pradesh | July 26: A shocking murder has sent shockwaves across Madhya Pradesh’s Raisen district after a hardware trader was fatally attacked by three masked assailants near Medhki village under the Sanchi police station limits on Saturday night.
According to police, the incident occurred at around 9:00 PM when the trader was returning home after closing his hardware shop. Three unidentified men riding a motorcycle allegedly intercepted him and launched a brutal sword attack. During the assault, one of the victim’s palms was severed, leaving him critically injured.
The injured trader was rushed to a nearby hospital and later referred to Bhopal for advanced treatment. However, he succumbed to his injuries while being transported to the hospital.
Police reached the crime scene soon after receiving the information and launched an investigation. A special team has been formed to identify and arrest the attackers. Officers are also examining CCTV footage from nearby areas and investigating the motive behind the deadly assault.
The gruesome killing has triggered fear and outrage among local traders and residents, who have demanded the immediate arrest of the accused and strict legal action.
