Opposition Raises Ram Temple Donation Theft Allegations During Monsoon Session

The Opposition staged a unique protest in the Parliament complex on Friday over alleged irregularities related to Ram Temple donation offerings. During the demonstration, MP Pappu Yadav dressed as a priest and sat with a donation box, while Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and several Opposition MPs symbolically contributed money to it.
The protesting MPs accused the government of failing to ensure transparency in the alleged donation issue and displayed placards reading, “Why is Amit Shah missing from Parliament?”
Meanwhile, the Congress also moved a Privilege Motion against Union Minister Jitendra Singh over his remarks made in Parliament. Repeated disruptions by the Opposition affected Lok Sabha proceedings, leading to multiple adjournments during the day.
