Guna Police Arrest Absconding Accused in Mob Violence Case

Guna Police arrested an absconding accused in a mob violence, assault, and vandalism case registered at Fatehgarh Police Station. The accused, Shivcharan alias Shibbu Gurjar (38) from Baran district, Rajasthan, was produced before the court and sent to judicial custody.
The case relates to a June 30, 2026 incident in Takodiya village, where a group of accused allegedly entered a house, assaulted residents, misbehaved with women, and damaged vehicles and other property.
The arrest was made under the leadership of SP Hitika Vasal by the Fatehgarh Police team using intelligence inputs and technical surveillance. Police said the search for the remaining absconding accused is continuing.
