Guna Police Crack Govind Garden Robbery Case Within 24 Hours, Three Accused Arrested

GUNA: In a swift action, Cantt Police have solved the robbery case reported from Govind Garden Colony in Guna within just 24 hours and arrested three accused allegedly involved in the crime. Police teams are continuing efforts to arrest the remaining suspects.
According to police, the incident took place on the night of August 17, when unidentified men allegedly entered the house of Avita Kalawat, a resident of Govind Garden, assaulted her and fled after looting a gold mangalsutra and ₹10,000 in cash.
Following her complaint, Cantt Police registered Crime No. 704/26 under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and launched an investigation.
Police Crack Case in 24 Hours
Considering the seriousness of the incident, Guna Superintendent of Police Hitika Vasal directed police teams to immediately identify and arrest the accused. Under the guidance of Additional SP Prashant Singh Suman and supervision of CSP Anand Rai, Cantt Police Station In-charge Inspector Anoop Kumar Bhargava activated the police team.
Police used their informer network, technical resources and available evidence to trace the suspects. Within 24 hours, three suspects were detained on August 19 and questioned.
The arrested suspects have been identified as Satyendra alias Ajay Jatav (22), Ranjeet Valmiki (29), and Raja Pardi (18), all residents of Guna. Police said the suspects admitted their alleged involvement in the robbery during questioning and also revealed information about their accomplices.
Search Underway for Remaining Accused
Police have identified the remaining suspects allegedly involved in the incident and teams are conducting raids at possible locations to apprehend them. Police are also working to recover the looted jewellery and cash.
The operation was carried out by Cantt Police Station In-charge Inspector Anoop Kumar Bhargava, Sub-Inspector Arundhati Rajawat and other police personnel, with assistance from the Guna Kotwali team.
Guna Police said strict action against theft, burglary, robbery and other property-related crimes will continue across the district.
